Art Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms, including websites, and social media;
• Develop and maintain the visual identity of the company brand across all design assets;
• Create and enforce design guidelines to ensure brand consistency;
• Design marketing materials, such as banners, infographics, and promotional content;
• Design graphics and interfaces that are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes;
• Create custom illustrations that align with the company's branding and messaging.
   

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a relevant position.
• Experience in producing a wide range of marketing assets, including static and animated banners, all aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
• Familiarity with format specifications, file size limitations, and effective collaboration with developers to deliver final designs.
• Good in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for generating static visuals.
• Knowledgeable in image and video optimization, including compression techniques for maintaining quality within file size constraints.
• Proficient in using tools to upscale images and videos with minimal quality degradation.
