Sales Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Spanish-speaking Sales Manager to join our international team. The role focuses on providing excellent service to clients and business partners across Spanish-speaking markets, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and achievement of sales goals.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality sales service to both individual clients and business partners.
  • Apply effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken form.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company services and confidently address client inquiries.
  • Work with documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every step.
  • Set and track performance goals using metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and potential partners to strengthen cooperation.
  • Manage client information and workflow efficiently using the CRM system.

 

Qualifications

  • Languages: Spanish (B2+) and English (B2 or higher).
  • Experience: 1โ€“2 years in sales or client service is an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities; strong attention to detail and client-oriented mindset.
