Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Sales Manager to join our international team. This role involves direct communication with LATAM and FDA-region clients and partners, ensuring smooth coordination of programs and compliance with internal procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and partners (B2C and B2B) in Spanish and English via email and calls.
  • Prepare personalized proposals and follow up until approval.
  • Once confirmed, arrange all documentation โ€” agreements, consent forms, invoices, and shipments.
  • Coordinate with the production and other internal departments to ensure compliance and timely execution of programs.
  • Track client bookings, monitor progress, and manage cancellations when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and updated partner and client data in the system (Nextcloud).
  • Handle post-shipment requests and partner inquiries.
  • Provide regular reports to management on activities and results.
  • Support department tasks and contribute to overall efficiency.

 

Qualifications

  • Languages: Spanish (C1โ€“C2) and English (B2+) required.
  • Experience: Previous coordination or client service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, responsibility, organization, and multitasking abilities.
