Sales Manager
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Sales Manager to join our international team. This role involves direct communication with LATAM and FDA-region clients and partners, ensuring smooth coordination of programs and compliance with internal procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and partners (B2C and B2B) in Spanish and English via email and calls.
- Prepare personalized proposals and follow up until approval.
- Once confirmed, arrange all documentation โ agreements, consent forms, invoices, and shipments.
- Coordinate with the production and other internal departments to ensure compliance and timely execution of programs.
- Track client bookings, monitor progress, and manage cancellations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and updated partner and client data in the system (Nextcloud).
- Handle post-shipment requests and partner inquiries.
- Provide regular reports to management on activities and results.
- Support department tasks and contribute to overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Languages: Spanish (C1โC2) and English (B2+) required.
- Experience: Previous coordination or client service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent communication, responsibility, organization, and multitasking abilities.
