Senior React.js (Next.js) Developer to $2500

We are looking for a Senior React.js Developer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll be responsible for building modern, high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and related technologies. You’ll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex, high-quality frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs.
• Implement SSR/SSG for performance and SEO optimization using Next.js.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with designers to implement responsive and user-friendly UIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and product planning.
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• 3+ years of professional experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or MobX).
• Proficiency in building responsive, cross-browser web applications.
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar).
• Understanding of frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
   

Nice to Have (a Plus)

• Backend experience with Python.
• Database knowledge, especially PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with AWS services.
