Python + ML Developer (Talent Pool / Outstaff Projects)

About the Role
We’re building a pool of experienced Python + ML Engineers for upcoming outstaff projects with our international clients.
These projects vary in duration and complexity — from data-focused applications and ML model integrations to backend systems with AI components.

Since new requests often appear on short notice, we’d love to get acquainted with specialists in advance. This way, we can reach out quickly when a matching opportunity arises.

General Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ML-powered or data-driven applications using Python
• Work on model training, optimization, and deployment (depending on the project)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data processing and system integration
• Contribute to architecture and solution design discussions

We’d love to connect if you have:

• Solid experience with Python (backend or ML-focused)
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.) — nice to have but not mandatory for all projects
• Experience with data processing tools (NumPy, pandas, etc.)
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and modern backend practices
• Interest in applying ML in real-world products
• English level sufficient for written communication with clients
