Junior Backend Java Developer (Hotel SaaS / PMS)

We’re building a brand-new Hotel Management System — bookings, rooms, guests, staff, billing, and analytics.

The project is part of SvartDev ecosystem — we already have a POS platform  and are now expanding into hotel tech.

You’ll work on:

• Building the backend using Java / Kotlin (Spring Boot)
• Designing REST APIs and working with PostgreSQL
• Implementing booking, billing, and room management logic
• Handling authentication, roles, and payment services
• Participating in architecture discussions and improvements

• No fixed salary at the start, but 0.2% profit share from future subscriptions

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Java or Kotlin
• Familiarity with frameworks (Spring Boot)
• Understanding of REST, JSON, and PostgreSQL
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• Russian language required (internal communication is in Russian)
