Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in Web3/crypto B2B sales (exchanges, protocols, wallets, fintech, agencies). Priority given to service companies (marketing agencies, market-making agencies, Web3 development).
— Own relevant network (decision-makers in Web3/fintech/crypto) and willingness to leverage it in sales.
— Proven track record of successful sales in Web3.
— English B2+, fluent Ukrainian and Russian (calls/docs).
Ability to travel from Ukraine (or already residing abroad).

Would be a plus:
— Experience selling marketing services/retainers.
— Understanding of compliance (KYB/AML).
— Experience working with fiat/crypto payments.
 

Responsibilities:

— Handle warm leads from lead generation/head of sales, qualify them, and shape a tailored value proposition.
— Run demos/pitches → refine the solution, calculate packages/volumes, handle objections.
— Maintain pipeline and follow-up discipline (multichannel: Telegram/Email/Calls).
— Manage documentation: proposals, SoW/Scope, contracts, NDAs, invoices, e-signature; coordinate payments (EUR/USDT/USDC).
— Upsell/cross-sell; align timelines/resources with production before contract signing.
— CRM hygiene: stages, probabilities, 30-day forecast, notes, next steps.
— Network-driven sales: initiate meetings through own Web3 contacts.
