Project manager (offline)

Requirements:

Proactive, with strong analytical and numerical skills;
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Fluent oral and written English;
Knowledge of main project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
Project Management certification as a plus;
Business Analysis experience as plus;
Experience with Microsoft Visio tool, or similar visualization tools;
Experience in project management through the project life cycle (analysis and management of the project documentation; risk management and mitigation; resource planning; budget, project closure, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Project Implementation of EHR (Electronic Health Records) for home health care type of agency;
Preparation of minutes, following up on action points and collecting updates via PM tool SmartSheet;
Provide regular internal reporting;
Team management, ensure that everything is done within the deadline;
Provide advice on the improvement of the project in compliance with clients feedback.

Schedule: 7.00 am - 4.00 pm EST
