Senior Full Stack Engineer to $5000

Metamindz is a fast-growing UK-based IT software company. We help by providing fractional CTOs-as-a-service, building digital products, hiring exceptional technical talent, and conducting tech due diligence for global clients.

We’re currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join one of our clients in a long-term engagement, who will play a key role in shaping the future of the сlient’s cybersecurity assurance platform, turning compliance, governance, and automation challenges into elegant engineering solutions that scale.

The role spans both frontend and backend development, contributing to our SaaS platform’s core modules, integrations, and internal tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship impactful features across the stack using NestJS, React, and TypeScript.
• Design and optimize APIs using Prisma ORM, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance backend services.
• Implement scalable job queues and real-time workflows using BullMQ and Redis.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems and internal APIs to expand platform capabilities.
• Automate and enhance security controls, embedding accountability and compliance within the product.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and operations teams to deliver measurable, high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on real user feedback and usage data.
• Instrument applications with Sentry for error tracking, performance monitoring, and proactive alerting.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to increase delivery velocity while upholding security, maintainability, and code quality.
• Leverage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to securely connect internal tools and context into AI-assisted developer workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in React and NestJS development.
• Experience with API integration and authentication standards (OAuth, WorkOS).
• Understanding of security-first engineering principles (RBAC, secrets management, data integrity).
• Experience with BullMQ and Redis for background processing and distributed task management.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices: testing, code coverage, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
• Excellent collaboration and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex to accelerate implementation while maintaining code quality.
