Compliance

We are looking for a Compliance Officer for a project. 

 

Main functional responsibilities:

    1. Partners:

  • Prepare and review Insertion Orders (IOs) for partners.
  • Draft contracts for financial transactions with banks (IT, consulting, marketing, etc.).
  • Conduct KYC checks and perform initial legal and financial risk assessments of partners.
  • Maintain and regularly update the contract registry with partners.
  • Draft legal claims or responses upon request from the BizDev department.

2. Employees & Contractors:

  • Prepare and manage NDAs with employees, freelancers, and consultants.
  • Draft and administer employment and freelance agreements.
  • Provide legal consultations to employees and the HR department on standard legal matters.
  • Maintain an archive and ensure the relevance of employee and contractor legal documentation.

3. Operational Legal Support:

  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of documents for banks and regulators.
  • Support compliance tasks, including collecting documents, preparing packages, and tracking deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Legal & Compliance Manager, HR, Finance, and BizDev teams on day-to-day legal matters.
  • Manage internal tables, checklists, and registries related to legal documents and contracts.

 

Professional requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 2 + years of experience in a legal, compliance, or contract administration role.
  • Solid understanding of KYC/AML principles and contract management.
  • Experience in maintaining registries and handling legal documentation.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), including legal correspondence.
