WebRTC Engineer

Our client provides an advanced, all-in-one platform that connects programmatic and digital ad sales with seamless payment solutions. The core product is the industry’s most modern and powerful radio automation system, ensuring radio stations stay on-air with exceptional sound quality around the clock.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a WebRTC-based system for low-latency, high-quality audio streaming.
• Build and optimize a cloud-based mixer (AWS) to handle multiple concurrent real-time audio streams.
• Develop and integrate client-side capture and streaming components for browsers and desktop applications.
• Ensure system stability and performance under variable network conditions.

• Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end audio streaming solutions.

   

Requirements

• Proven experience with WebRTC architecture, signaling, and media pipelines.
• Strong understanding of real-time audio streaming and codecs (Opus, PCM, AAC).
• Hands-on experience with SFU/MCU development or integration.
• Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals (UDP/TCP, ICE, STUN, TURN, RTP, SRTP).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, C++, or Go for client or media server development.
• Experience deploying real-time systems in AWS (Media Services, EC2, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.).

• Understanding of audio signal processing and performance optimization for low-latency systems.
