Sales and Marketing Manager

We are a new international company entering the Ukrainian market in the field of automobile sales, spare parts, import, and export.
Our goal is to establish a stable presence in Lviv, explore the Ukrainian market, and build an effective B2B and B2C sales network.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the automotive and spare parts market (B2B and B2C segments).
  • Search for and attract new clients (service stations, companies, and private buyers).
  • Build and maintain a client database (CRM, Google Sheets).
  • Communicate with clients: prepare presentations, commercial offers, and conduct negotiations.
  • Prepare analytical reports on prices, competitors, and demand trends.
  • Launch and test advertising campaigns (Facebook, Auto.ria, OLX, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Understanding of sales or marketing processes.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Proactive, communicative, and well-organized.
  • Ability to work with Excel / Google Sheets / CRM systems.
  • English level B1 or higher will be an advantage.
