Middle+ Full stack Engineer (Node.js/Flutter)

Main requirements

• Experience with both Node & Flutter is a must, but BE is a main focus

Position name: Middle+\Senior FS Flutter & Node.js (Back-end heavy)
Level: Middle+\Senior

Hard skills:

• Strong experience in back-end development (Node.js, TypeScript, Firebase, or similar).
• Experience with Flutter / mobile app integration.
• Ability to read, understand, and work with existing codebases quickly.
• Experience in API development, database design, and server-side logic.
• Familiarity with bug fixing, performance optimization, and deployment processes.

Soft Skills / Additional:

• Problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with front-end engineers and follow existing documentation.
• Ability to work independently, but collaborate with part-time front-end developer.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the existing app’s back-end.
• Collaborate with the front-end developer to implement features and fixes.
• Ensure app stability and bug-free performance before official launch.
• Quickly understand the existing code structure and documentation.
• Provide guidance and solutions for any technical challenges in both front-end and back-end areas.
• Optionally, assist in testing and QA processes.
