Sales Agent / Greek Speaker

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We're searching for a results-driven Sales Agent with perfect Greek, ready to own the communication flow: reactivating users, supporting deposits, boosting engagement, and driving performance metrics across the board.


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to provide product information and assistance.
  • Support customers with completing their deposits and resolving payment-related issues.
  • Reactivate inactive users through personalized outreach (calls, SMS, and email follow-ups).
  • Retain and engage current players by promoting ongoing offers and promotions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs related to deposits, retention, and conversion rates.


Working hours:

  • Full-time, 5 days per week (any days of your choice).
  • The schedule should remain fixed once agreed.
  • Preferred working days: Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Flexible start time - choose between 10:00โ€“19:00, 11:00โ€“20:00, or 12:00โ€“21:00 (Greece time).


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound or phone-based sales (B2C).
  • Previous experience in the iGaming / gambling industry (sales or support) is a strong advantage.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (spoken and written).
  • Greek-speaking skills are a must; additional languages such as German or others are a plus.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and achieve measurable results.
