Key learning areas & Responsibilities:

  • Deal Cycle Management: Guiding qualified potential partners through the pipeline stages to successful deal closure and onboarding.
  • Business Communication: Conducting professional negotiations and correspondence (via calls and email) with international clients. No cold calling!
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships aimed at securing repeat business and expansion opportunities.
  • Documentation: Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of all necessary commercial documentation (contracts, invoices, reports).
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meeting agreed-upon financial and business performance targets.

 

What we expect from you:

  • English Fluency: Strong Intermediate or higher is non-negotiable for effective written and spoken communication with international partners.
  • Mindset: High motivation, coachability, and a relentless desire to learn the mechanics of B2B international business.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills, eager to develop persuasive communication.
