Tech Lead (Node.js + React)

About 

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in Node.js and React to lead our engineering team in building scalable, high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in defining the technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices across the entire development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end and back-end developers.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable architecture using Node.js and React.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance, security, and development processes.
• Participate in technical decision-making and long-term strategy planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, React, and related frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or NestJS.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
