React Developer

Our mission is to transform Ukraine from an outsourcing state into a product state by building the largest product portfolio.We’re building a category-defining suite of AI companionship products (web and mobile), and our portfolio has shown exceptional growth over the past 13 months. 

We’re now hiring a React Developer. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining web applications with analytics and interactive components, ensuring high-quality UI/UX and stable, scalable code.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js.
• Work with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Optimize performance, UI/UX components, and overall code quality.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and QA teams.

• Write clean, scalable, and testable code.

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in web development
• State management: Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, Redux-Persist.
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets.
• Integration of analytics & monitoring tools (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Sentry).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, Fastlane).
• Solid experience contributing to and maintaining monorepo projects.
   

Nice to Have:

• Proven experience working in monorepo setups (Yarn Workspaces, Lerna, Nx, pnpm).
• Experience with the real-time communication technologies (e.g., WebRTC).
• Ability to optimize performance and solve complex technical challenges.
• Proactive in suggesting architectural improvements.
