We are looking for a Business Development Manager focused on active outbound B2B sales and closing deals with direct employers.

You will sell premium job postings, CV database access and subscription plans to companies in Germany, Austria, UK and US.
 

πŸ”Ή What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute outbound strategy for employer acquisition
  • Prospect and generate leads (cold calls, LinkedIn, email outreach)
  • Conduct demos & presentations for HR Directors / TA Leads
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Manage pipeline in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Build long-term commercial relationships

  • 2+ years in B2B Sales / Business Development
  • Experience in HR-Tech / SaaS / Digital advertising is a strong plus
  • Strong closing skills & proven track record
  • Fluent English (C1+)
  • German (B2+/C1) β€” strong advantage
  • Experience selling to EU / UK / US markets

  • Base salary + % commission (uncapped)
  • Open to discussing different formats (full-time / contract / remote)
  • Target total compensation: depends on experience
    (competitive for Ukrainian market + performance bonuses)
