E commerce Sales Representative

Filterway is a U.S.-based e-commerce company specializing in premium water filtration systems and components.
We’re expanding our team and seeking a strong, results-oriented Sales Representative - ideally a male candidate who thrives in a high-performance, target-driven environment and brings a proven background in strategic sales, customer consulting, and deal closing.
This role is for someone confident on the phone, experienced in consultative selling, and comfortable navigating e-commerce platforms. You’ll be engaging with customers across multiple channels - calls, chats, and follow-ups - with the goal of turning every interaction into a successful sale.

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls, build relationships, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively.
- Manage live chats and incoming customer requests across multiple platforms, providing prompt, persuasive, and helpful support that leads to conversions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase lead conversion, reactivation, and upsell rates.
- Consult customers to identify their needs and recommend the most suitable water filtration solutions.
- Re-engage prospects who didn’t complete their purchase and follow up on warm leads through structured communication.
- Identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities during customer interactions.
- Conduct cold outreach to potential B2C customers, maintaining consistent follow-ups and managing your lead pipeline effectively.
- Keep CRM data fully updated — log all interactions, notes, follow-up actions, and engagement statuses.
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution, and process returns/replacements/refunds for customers.
Provide weekly sales reports and insights - summarize strategies used, results achieved, and recurring customer feedback.
Skills & Requirements
- Fluent in American English — excellent verbal and written communication with a confident, professional phone presence (no noticeable accent)- is a must
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or online product-based industries.
- Strong track record in consultative selling, strategic sales planning, and closing high-volume deals.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and skilled at managing sales pipelines.
- Comfortable managing multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email) efficiently and professionally.
- Experienced with order and fulfillment platforms such as ShipStation or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven, with a focus on measurable results.
- Schedule: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST (1-hour break).
