QA Specialist (Junior)

What You’ll Do:

* Test web and mobile applications (manual and exploratory testing)
* Review requirements and designs for testability and clarity
* Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test documentation
* Log clear, actionable bugs and verify fixes across multiple environments
* Collaborate with developers, designers, and PMs to ensure quality across the SDLC
* Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, QA automation assistants) to accelerate QA processes
* Continuously improve test efficiency through scripting, automation, and smarter workflows
* Participate in retrospectives and contribute ideas to enhance team productivity

Must-Have Skills:
* 1–2 years of experience in software QA (manual or automated)
* Written and spoken English (B1 or higher)
* Solid understanding of testing fundamentals, QA lifecycle, and bug tracking
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, Browser DevTools
* Curiosity and comfort working with AI-powered tools (e.g., using ChatGPT for test case generation, test data creation, bug reporting assistance)

Nice-to-Have:
* Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Detox)
* Experience testing APIs and reviewing logs in tools like Swagger or Postman
* Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., GitHub Actions)
* Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript
* Experience with accessibility, performance, or security testingWhy
