Requirements

— 1.5–3 years of experience in operations, business process management, or business analysis (B2B preferred).

— Exposure to process launches, analytics, or testing.

— Analytical mindset and hands-on experience with data processing and reporting (e.g. SQL, SOQL, automation and visualisation tools).

— Ability to handle several tasks in parallel.

— Strong communication skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.

— Confident English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

— Support development and optimization of commercial workflows across finance, legal, HR, recruiting, liquidity, and events teams.

— Assist in launching of new processes and transformations, including acceptance testing.

— Create and maintain documentation.

— Conduct basic analytics on clients, sales data, and operations.

— Contribute to cross-functional project coordination and reporting.

— Support lifecycle activities within the commercial function.
