We’re growing fast and expanding our presence in Europe — that’s why we’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager who is based in the region and ready to help us scale our partnerships by promoting our engineers and development teams to clients across Europe.

 

Your Mission:

You will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with potential clients — mainly technology companies, startups, and enterprises — offering them skilled developers and dedicated teams from Cake Alliance.

Your goal is to build trust, identify opportunities, and close long-term cooperation agreements for outstaffing and outsourcing services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new clients within the European IT and startup ecosystem.
  • Present Cake Alliance’s development services and available engineers to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to deal closure.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to align client needs with available specialists.
  • Participate in tech conferences, networking events, and online communities to promote Cake Alliance.
  • Track KPIs and regularly report results to the management team.
     

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT salesoutstaffing, or outsourcing business development.
  • Proven record of closing B2B deals in Europe.
  • Deep understanding of the European tech market and talent landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English (C1–C2); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  • Based in Europe, with the ability to attend client meetings and industry events.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
