The system allows users to query vendors, explore transcripts from previous expert calls, schedule and conduct new ones, and review current project data — all within a secure, scalable environment that ensures quick access to high-quality insights.

Soft Skills

• Proactive mindset and initiative in identifying risks and optimizing testing processes

Hard Skills / Must Have

• Experience with Postman, Swagger, JIRA, TestRail (or similar tools)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs (Golang / Python-based)
• Web application testing (React)
• Familiarity with Docker, API Gateway, and cloud-based environments
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• 5+ years of QA experience in complex web platforms
• Manual testing experience with some exposure to automation
• Proven ability to test APIs, validate data, and work with microservice architectures
• Excellent documentation, communication, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a solid QA framework for a distributed, data-centric web application
• Ensure full test coverage and release readiness across multiple environments
• Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and resolve defects effectively
• Design and execute test strategies for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Perform manual (and optionally automated) testing of both frontend and backend components
• Validate backend services (Golang/Python APIs) and frontend UI (React)
• Maintain detailed test documentation: test cases, reports, and release notes
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to continuous QA improvements

Additional Information
