Sales manager (USA market) to $3000

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of sales or call centre experience (B2C).
• Fluent spoken English.
• High level of empathy and the ability to genuinely relate to clients.
• Result-oriented mindset, stress resilience, and friendliness.
• Excellent communication skills.

Your main responsibilities:

• Online customer consultations and assisting clients in product selection.
• Negotiating, creating personalized service packages, and closing deals.
• Providing customer support until the deal is finalized.
• Handling only warm leads (incoming traffic, no cold calling).

Working conditions and motivation:

Fully remote work with alternating day and night shifts for now.

In the future, you’ll have the option to choose your preferred shift.

Shift hours:

Day shift: 5:00 до 14:00 California Time (15:00—00:00 Kyiv time)

Night shift: 14:00 до 23:00 California Time (00:00—09:00 Kyiv time)

• Base salary of $500 + 2−3% commission on sales.

  During the first 2−3 months, expected earnings range from $1,500 to $3,000, depending on your activity.

  Once you build a steady deal flow, you can earn $3,000+ monthly.

  There’s no cap — your income fully depends on your performance.
