Who:
We’re looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with solid experience in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks to join our team. This role is perfect for a developer who has strong fundamentals and is eager to deepen their expertise in performance optimization, scalability, and cutting-edge front-end architecture.
What:
You’ll collaborate with designers and client development teams to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-performing web applications — with a focus on code quality, maintainability, and modern standards.
When:
Immediate start.
Where:
Remote position with flexible hours and cross-functional collaboration across international teams.
Why:
To help build visually precise, maintainable, and scalable front-end solutions that enhance user experience and align with modern web development practices.
Office Environment:
Collaborative and growth-oriented culture with an emphasis on autonomy, mentorship, and continuous learning.
Salary:
Competitive, based on experience and technical proficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate closely with the design and development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of Figma designs.
- Identify and resolve design-to-code mismatches through practical, maintainable solutions.
- Review existing front-end codebases, diagnose responsiveness and layout issues, and implement performance improvements.
- Ensure mobile-first and large-screen responsiveness for consistent, high-quality UI across devices.
- Integrate APIs efficiently using React Query or similar data-fetching approaches.
- Provide technical guidance to other developers, promoting best practices in component design, testing, and maintainability.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, PMs) to ensure clear alignment and progress.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
- Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end patterns (state management, hooks, component-driven design).
- Hands-on experience with Next.js, including CSR, SSR, and SSG (awareness of ISR a plus).
- Proven ability to implement pixel-perfect, design-accurate UIs based on Figma or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI debugging.
- Working knowledge of component libraries (Storybook experience a plus).
- Strong practical experience with JavaScript fundamentals, including async/await, hoisting, and Web APIs.
- Familiarity with TypeScript utility types, generics, and schema validation libraries such as Zod.
- Experience with data visualization libraries like Recharts, Chart.js, D3.js, ECharts, or VisX.
- Strong communication skills — comfortable explaining technical issues to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, TTFB, and layout performance metrics.
- Awareness of modern performance optimization techniques and CDN strategies.
- Experience building or maintaining custom component libraries and reusable UI systems.
- Exposure to utility-first CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS) or CSS Modules.
- Experience mentoring or reviewing code for other developers.
- Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and multi-team, international collaboration environments.
If you’re a developer who values design precision, clean architecture, and continuous technical growth, we’d love to hear from you. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your expertise in modern React, Next.js, and performance-focused front-end development.
