Azure DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for an Azure-focused DevOps/Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure in Azure, automate deployments, and keep production stable and observable. You should be confident with AKS/Helm/ArgoCD/Terraform and comfortable diagnosing, fixing, and documenting issues end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and operate Azure infrastructure: AKS, ACR, Storage Accounts, Azure Database for MySQL – Flexible Server.
• Build and maintain CI/CD with ArgoCD; create and evolve Helm Charts from scratch.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (modules, reusability, reviews).
• Set up and tune observability with Grafana/Prometheus/Loki (dashboards, alerts, SLOs).
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost (right-sizing, autoscaling).
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and document solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Azure DevOps/Cloud/Platform Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AKS, ACR, Storage Accounts, Azure Database for MySQL – Flexible Server.
• Ability to create and modify Helm Charts from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD.
• Solid experience with Terraform.
• Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
• English B2+, strong self-presentation, and the ability to identify, resolve, and document issues and solutions.

Nice to have

• Terragrunt.
• Tuning high-load systems.
• Experience with big data environments.
• Right-sizing Kubernetes clusters and cost optimization best practices.

Tech stack

Azure (AKS/ACR/Storage/MySQL Flexible Server), Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, Terraform (Terragrunt is a plus), Grafana/Prometheus/Loki, Git.
