Sales Manager (Experienced) – UXRS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, educated and proactive Sales Manager to join our design-driven team. Your key mission will be to ensure a stable flow of client projects for our production team by closing deals, aligning with financial targets and taking full ownership of the sales funnel.
 

You will be actively collaborating with the Production and Finance teams to hit key business metrics, create opportunities with technical teams, enterprise clients and public sector projects. Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of UXRS.
 

We are open to various formats of collaboration and ready to pay more for experienced professionals who can demonstrate strategic thinking and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities

πŸ”Έ Build and maintain a sales funnel that generates high-value client projects (B2B, B2G)

πŸ”Έ Collaborate closely with Product and Finance teams to ensure production team load and margin goals are met

πŸ”Έ Identify and pursue new business opportunities on platforms such as LinkedIn, UpWork and direct outreach

πŸ”Ή Create proposals, pitch decks and manage negotiations with potential clients

πŸ”Ή Lead onboarding and client communication through early project phases

πŸ”Ή Own and optimize CRM and sales processes

πŸ”Ή Monitor market trends and adjust targeting accordingly

Requirements

πŸ”Έ 3+ years of experience in B2B/B2G sales (design, IT services, or creative industries preferred)

πŸ”Έ Proven experience working with enterprise or government clients

πŸ”Έ Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills

πŸ”Ή Strategic and analytical thinking; ability to build annual plans and forecast outcomes

πŸ”Ή High level of self-management ownership and responsibility

πŸ”Ή Advanced English (both written and spoken)

πŸ”Ή Higher education (Bachelor’s or higher)

Nice to Have

β—† Existing network in tech, product or government sectors

β—† Experience working with design or software production teams

β—† Familiarity with CRM systems
