Python Engineer (AI / Automation) $

We are looking for a motivated Python Engineer to join our team and work on AI-driven projects, automation pipelines, and integrations leveraging tools like Copilot and n8n.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices in Python
• Work on AI / ML integration, assist in embedding models, inference pipelines, and fine-tuning
• Use Copilot (or similar AI assistants) to accelerate code development, iterate on suggestions, and refine outputs
• Design and build automation workflows and orchestrations using n8n (or similar tools)
• Integrate external APIs, services, data sources, and pipelines
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, data engineers, and product teams to define APIs and interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code; cover features with unit / integration tests
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance and scalability issues
• Stay current with AI, automation, and Python ecosystem trends and propose improvements

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 1 year professional experience in software development / IT
• Strong proficiency in Python (experience with frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc.)
• Experience integrating or working with AI / ML models, inference pipelines, or embedding models
• Hands-on experience with code assistants like Copilot (or GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT code mode, etc.)
• Experience building or maintaining workflows / automations with n8n (or a comparable automation/orchestration tool)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, asynchronous processing (Celery, asyncio, etc.)
• Good understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data pipelines
• Version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to read, understand, and contribute to existing codebases
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in remote / distributed teams
• Problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn new tools and paradigms

Bonus / Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with containers, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of message queues, streaming (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or regulated industries
