Technical Lead (React + Python)

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to guide a team building a scalable SaaS platform. You’ll balance coding and leadership designing architecture, mentoring developers, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical implementation of a multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Develop scalable apps with React + TypeScript (frontend) and Python (backend)
• Oversee architecture, code quality, and CI/CD best practices
• Collaborate with product and DevOps teams
• Stay up to date with new technologies to enhance performance and reliability

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 1+ year in a Tech Lead or similar role
• Strong in React, Python, TypeScript
• Experience with microservices and multi-tenant SaaS
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Excellent English (C1+) and ability to work in US/AZ time zone
