What You’ll Do

• Perform manual testing of a modern web-based financial platform
• Write and maintain clear, detailed test cases based on product requirements and user stories
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across multiple browsers
• Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies using Jira
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
• Review user stories and requirements to flag potential gaps or edge cases
• Validate data accuracy through UI and database (SQL) checks
• Support release testing and post-deployment verifications using GitHub-based workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in manual QA for web applications
• Strong understanding of software QA principles, test design, and defect tracking
• Hands-on experience writing and executing test cases based on Jira tickets or user stories
• Solid SQL skills for querying databases and validating data integrity
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
• Familiarity with GitHub-based release processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English

Would be a Plus

• Experience testing fintech or financial applications
• Familiarity with API testing (e.g., using Postman or Swagger)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows
• Understanding of how CI/CD pipelines work (no need to write scripts, but helpful to understand the flow)
• Interest in gradually expanding into test automation (not required)
