Sales Support Specialist

Location: Remote (Ukraine, EU)

Type of employment: full-time, remote

Schedule:‌‌ 8 hours/day from 14 to 23, Kyiv time

Now we are looking for a Sales Support specialist —  a communicative and organized person who will become the first point of contact with customers and ensure the effective operation of the order processing team.

 

Job to be done:

  • Manage the company's main inbox — monitor incoming customer requests (RFQs) from email and website, prioritize them, and enter information into the ERP system.
  • Perform an initial analysis of requests: review the customer’s history, determine the type of order (repeat or new), and forward it to the responsible project coordinator.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers via email and phone — clarify order details, provide status updates, and redirect calls when necessary.
  • Create reports and analyze statistics.
  • Handle online requests from the company’s website.
  • Coordinate timely entry of orders into the system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain a high level of customer orientation and effective communication between departments.

 

Our ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:

  • English — Upper-Intermediate/B2–C1 (critical for communication with customers).
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel (for report creation) and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large amounts of information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, independence, and ability to make quick, informed decisions and set task priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to interact with different types of people, friendly, goal-oriented, and proactive.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Experience working with B2B customers.
     

Would be a plus:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Experience in internal sales or working with an existing customer base.
