Requirements:

— At least 1 year of experience in financial monitoring or in a related field with similar responsibilities.
— Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, along with a strong interest in the industry and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

— Monitor transactions using the Transaction Monitoring System to identify any abnormal or suspicious patterns.
— Conduct transaction checks using blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, Crystal, Elliptic, etc.
— Process incoming transactions in accordance with established procedures and compliance requirements.
— Process outgoing transactions, ensuring full adherence to internal rules and operational protocols.
— Perform regular balance monitoring to maintain adequate liquidity levels.
— Analyze trading activity to detect anomalies or potentially suspicious behavior.
— Review accounts and transactions for compliance with applicable regulations and internal AML/CFT policies.
— Handle and execute requests from other departments to ensure timely operational support and coordination.
