Operation Manager

We are looking for a strong Operations Manager to take on cross-functional ownership of all operational activities across the group. This role acts as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring systematization, scalability, and operational efficiency across multiple business units.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and systematize operational activities across the entire group.
  • Oversee key processes in Titan Partners (affiliate): publisher onboarding, KPI tracking, finances, offer rotation.
  • Build operational frameworks across Media, SEO, and Services units.
  • Plan, control, and optimize workflows for teams of 20โ€“100+ people.
  • Align and facilitate collaboration across departments (Finance, Media Buying, Production, BD, Tech).
  • Support the CEO in both strategic initiatives and routine tasks.
  • Organize meetings, syncs, planning sessions, offboarding, and maintain internal documentation.
  • Build and manage task/initiative tracking systems (ClickUp / Notion / Google Sheets).
  • Create regulations, knowledge hubs, and formalize internal processes.
  • Conduct process audits, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
  • Set up and control SLAs, reporting, and dashboards.
     

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in operational management within digital companies (iGaming, affiliate, media buying, SaaS).
  • Proven track record of managing teams of 20+ through structured processes.
  • Experience in building operational cores (task management, workflows, prioritization).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, Telegram, Slack.
  • Ability to multitask, quickly switch contexts, and operate in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proactive, flexible, business-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking.
  • Nice to have: prior experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing.
