Senior Devops Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in high-load or fintech environments.
• Proven experience working with Oracle Linux and Oracle Database.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (infrastructure setup, scaling, and maintenance).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Experience with security and compliance frameworks, especially PCI DSS.
• Familiarity with Java + React application deployment and support.
• Experience with monitoring tools, backup/recovery, and system performance tuning.
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python or similar).
• Previous experience working in FinTech products is mandatory.
• Background in high-load systems, trading, or gambling projects will be a plus.
• Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other teams.
• English level — intermediate or higher (sufficient for tech communication).
  
  Responsibilities
• Support and maintain the existing infrastructure across multiple fintech products.
• Design, build, and scale new infrastructure from scratch for upcoming projects.
• Ensure system stability, reliability, and high availability.
• Work closely with development teams (Java + React) to streamline deployment and delivery processes.
• Implement automation for repetitive operational tasks.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other security standards.
• Manage configurations, access, and secret storage using tools like Bitwarden, Jira, and Slack.
• Participate in planning, reporting, and continuous improvement of DevOps practices.
