Information Security Manager

We are growing, evolving, and have successfully confirmed that our information security processes comply with international standards by obtaining ISO/IEC 27001 certification. Now, to help ensure continued compliance with these standards and support the company’s further development, we are inviting an experienced Information Security Manager for part-time collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 certification requirements, including conducting internal audits, monitoring corrective actions, and keeping documentation up to date.
2. Deliver training sessions for the Innoware team on the fundamentals of information security.
3. Participate in projects related to the implementation and support of Microsoft solutions in the field of cyber and information security.
4. Maintain and update the information security policy, ensure its enforcement, and carry out relevant activities.
5. Advise the System Engineering Team on protecting information systems, including: 

• monitoring and analyzing threats and vulnerabilities of the company’s information systems,
• identifying incidents and ensuring their resolution,
• managing and ensuring information security when working with third parties (suppliers, partners) during integration of external services, etc.,
• organizing secure data storage, management, and deletion processes,
• selecting and implementing security tools and solutions (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.).

6. Obtain Microsoft certification.

Our expectations regarding candidates’ experience and knowledge:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in undergoing information security audits.
• Experience with IT certifications (ISO 27001, SOC, etc.) and/or maintaining compliance with such certifications.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with data protection tools (Firewall, DLP, Vulnerability scanner or equivalents).
• Understanding of the Secure SDLC process.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft solutions and platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory DS, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure). Basic understanding of IP networking technologies (Routing, VPN, DNS).
• Experience in writing documentation.
• Higher technical education.
• English proficiency at Intermediate/B1 level or higher (reading, writing), and proficient in Ukrainian.
