We help our B2B clients worldwide implement, configure, and optimize Salesforce CRM solutions, transforming their business processes into highly productive systems. We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) ready to work actively in the international market and serve as the first point of contact for our future partners.

 

Your Role

 

As an SDR at EverRest, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and initiating new business relationships. You will be the one who opens doors for the sales team, utilizing your communication skills and English proficiency to engage with potential clients across North America and Europe.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Active Outreach (Outbound): Proactively search for and identify new B2B prospects (companies and key decision-makers) via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calls.
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute highly personalized and effective outreach sequences to capture the attention of the target audience.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial qualification to assess the fit of a lead's needs with our Salesforce development services and determine project potential.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Successfully move qualified leads to the next stage by scheduling meetings/presentations for Account Executives.
  • CRM and Reporting: Meticulously maintain all activity, notes, and data within our CRM system (Salesforce is a plus), ensuring the accuracy of the sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to continuously refine our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and messaging.

 

Candidate Requirements

 

  • Fluent English (MANDATORY): Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1+) level of English proficiency is critical for seamless communication with clients from the US and Europe.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6+ months of successful experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or in B2B sales, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or consulting sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to actively listen and build trust.
  • Goal Orientation: Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas (metrics).
  • Technical Literacy: Understanding of the B2B sales process. Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a significant advantage.
  • Learning Mindset: A strong desire to continuously learn about Salesforce technology and new sales methodologies.
