QA + Support Engineer – Web3 / Crypto to $3500

What You’ll Do

• Test at startup speed: APIs, dApps, forms, wallets, transactions — everything.
• Cross-browser and cross-device testing to make sure users never hit a dead end.
• Pixel-perfect validation: if the design says 8px spacing, you spot 9px instantly.
• On-chain testing: verify blockchain transactions, signatures, and wallet flows.
• Crypto wallet coverage: MetaMask, WalletConnect, Privy, and whatever comes next.
• Bug reporting: clear, fast, reproducible, no fluff.
• User support: help real users troubleshoot and escalate issues fast.
• Run SQL scripts to validate database states and spot inconsistencies.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with developers and product managers to ship daily.
• Grow into automation testing — Playwright, Cypress, CI pipelines — while still loving manual QA.

Requirements

• 2+ years of manual QA experience.
• Hands-on API testing experience (REST/GraphQL).
• Able to run SQL queries to check and validate data.
• Experience testing crypto wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Privy).
• Able to verify blockchain transactions on-chain with explorers like Etherscan.
• Strong eye for design detail (pixel-perfect validation).
• Cross-browser and cross-device testing experience.
• Excellent communicator for reporting bugs and helping users.
• Hungry to learn automation testing (Playwright, Cypress, etc.).
• Excited by the idea of working without work-life balance in a fast-moving, no-excuses startup.
