Junior Talent Sourcer
WeSoftYou is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Sourcer to support the recruitment team in sourcing, pre-screening, and engaging IT specialists for various technical positions within the company.
πKey Responsibilities:
- Search and identify potential candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Telegram channels, and others.
- Maintain and update the candidate database in ATS systems (e.g., CleverStaff, Recruiterflow, Zoho Recruit, etc.).
- Initiate first contact with candidates: send connection requests, introductory messages, and gather basic information (English level, availability, salary expectations).
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to define the ideal candidate profile and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Track and report sourcing metrics (number of candidates found/contacted/replied) using Google Sheets / Excel.
- Keep candidate records up to date and ensure data accuracy in internal databases and ATS.
- Perform Boolean searches and optimize search queries on LinkedIn and Google.
- Monitor IT market trends, new sourcing tools, and changes in demand for technologies and roles.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sourcing processes.
π Requirements:
- Completed or ongoing IT Recruitment / IT Sourcing courses.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technology stacks, and how they differ.
- Experience communicating with candidates in English.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or AmazingHiring.

- 6+ months of experience as a Talent Sourcer.
