Sales Manager

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

 Requirements:
-   3–5 years of experience in FinTech, payments, PSP, crypto payments, or Banking-as-a-Service
- Experience working with high-risk industries
- Proven track record in selling complex B2B fintech solutions
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from first contact to onboarding
- Understanding of legal and financial aspects of products
- Hands-on sales experience
- Knowledge of on-ramp, off-ramp, custody, crypto payouts, AML, KYC, and risk scoring mechanisms
- Understanding of blockchain networks and fee structures
- Experience conducting discovery calls
- Ability to work with CRM systems
- Skill in preparing presentations and commercial proposals
- Experience managing a sales funnel and forecasting

Responsibilities:
- Building, filling, and maintaining the B2B sales process for fintech products
- Main responsibilities
- Sales and client work:
Searching for corporate clients in gambling, betting, affiliate, crypto, and e-commerce
Conducting discovery calls, presentations, product demonstrations
Preparing commercial proposals and calculating benefits
Negotiations and deal closing
Managing the full sales cycle
Forming a stable pipeline and regular forecasting
Onboarding and support
- Product work:
Passing client feedback to the product team
Forming proposals for improving functionality and pricing
Participation in the development of enterprise solutions
- Marketing and creativity:
Participation in preparing case studies and materials
Coming up with non-standard touchpoints and approaches for lead generation
Representing the company at conferences and in the community
