Head of Sales

The product company is looking for a Head of Sales (remote position).

 

🔹 An international fintech building modern payment infrastructure for businesses and individuals worldwide. It provides solutions for online payments, money transfers, invoicing, and white-label services across 150+ countries, and holds financial licenses in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Malta.

 

🔹 The company’s mission is to make payments simple, accessible, and convenient for everyone working online — from small businesses to large platforms. Their clients include freelancers, SaaS companies, e-commerce stores, iGaming, marketplaces, and international enterprises.

 

🔹 The company offers a bonus system — a percentage of the sales department’s revenue, as well as additional bonuses for projects that impact the company’s income (equivalent to several monthly salaries).


🔹 The benefits package includes: paid vacation and all public holidays according to the employee’s country of residence, 10 paid sick days, and an annual budget for education and equipment.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales and sales leadership roles;
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with relevant tools;
• Willingness to travel for international conferences;
• Fluent spoken English;
• Experience in FinTech will be a strong advantage.
