Position Overview 

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to architect and maintain our cloud infrastructure while developing production-grade backend code. 

This role spans cloud engineering, backend development, and AI integration, owning everything from AWS environments and automation pipelines to Lambda functions, API microservices, and AI agent integrations. 

Responsibilities

-  Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, 
Cognito) 
- Develop serverless functions, backend APIs, and system integrations using Node.js, 
TypeScript, and Python 
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CDK, and Docker 
- Create AI-driven backend workflows integrating AWS Bedrock and external LLM APIs 
- Implement HIPAA-compliant security protocols, logging systems, and audit standards 
- Establish observability, monitoring, and cost optimization frameworks (CloudWatch, 
Datadog, OpenTelemetry) 
- Collaborate with AI, backend, and data engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable 
solutions 
- Develop internal tooling to improve developer experience and operational efficiency 
 

Requirements 

- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, backend, or full-stack engineering 
- Expert-level proficiency with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, 
CloudFormation/CDK, S3, RDS) 
- Strong development skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python 
- Proven experience with CI/CD systems, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code 
- Experience building AI or data integration pipelines (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, vector 
databases) 
- Working knowledge of HIPAA or enterprise compliance frameworks 
- Demonstrated ability to balance architectural rigor with rapid development cycles
