On behalf of one of the world’s top CPA networks, WeMatch is looking for a Head of Sales in Warsaw.
 

Our client has solidified its position as a leader in performance marketing since 2012, boasting partnerships with over 2000 advertisers across 20 diverse verticals. With headquarters in the Netherlands and a global presence spanning five offices worldwide, it’s at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the industry.

Your role:

• As the Head of Sales, you will drive their sales strategies to new heights, ensuring they not only meet but exceed sales volume and profit targets.
• Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating and managing a dynamic sales team, inspiring them to achieve exceptional results.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and partners will be central to your success as you analyze market trends and competitors to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Your expertise will shape and implement effective sales processes, optimizing client portfolio management to propel the company to even greater success.

Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in the affiliate industry — arbitrage vertical (sweepstakes, vouchers, downloads, nutra)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, technologies, and best practices
• An analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• A strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations and targets; you need to be innovative and strategic
• English at B2 level or higher, plus fluency in Ukrainian
