Must have
- Completed/in-process IT recruitment/researcher courses
- Understanding how IT companies work (what is a service/product IT company, the most popular positions and levels in the IT sphere, trending programming languages etc.)
- Knowledge/skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job boards)
- Superb written communication skills
- Ability to create attractive messages for candidates
- Ability to learn quickly and eagerness to gain new knowledge and experience
English — at least Intermediate level
Responsibilities
- Conduct active search and headhunting
- Source candidates through professional networks, databases, referrals, and job sites
- Research and test new sourcing tools and channels
- Communicate daily with potential candidates via LinkedIn, email, and messengers
- Provide information about the company and open opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to identify hiring needs and priorities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Conduct market research upon the Recruitment Lead’s request
- Post vacancies on selected job boards and social media platforms
- Review and format candidates’ CVs into corporate templates
Contribute to building a strong and impressive Employer Brand
