Rewrite a hospitality platform (hotel data preparation + customer targeting with insights).

Technologies: NestJS, PostgreSQL, Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions.

Migration of the importer pipeline to Python (Temporal).

ETL pipelines connect hotel systems (data → guest profiles, flyers, etc.).

Current status

Proof of concept completed.

Now in the architecture phase (greenfield project).

Challenges

High workload.

Transition from POC → next phase.

Technical debt exists.

Version 2 is in planning.

Partially still based on NodeJS/NestJS, unstable.
