Business Development Partner (IT / Web and Mobile Solutions) to $4000
SvartDev OÜ is expanding!
We’re building a strong remote team to grow our network of custom software clients across the EU and partner markets.
We specialize in custom web, mobile, and business software development - including HR systems, ERP platforms, analytics dashboards, and other tailor-made digital solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the EU, EEA, and partner regions (B2B, startups, public sector, SMBs).
- Present SvartDev’s services and manage communication between clients and our tech team.
- Use any effective tools - LinkedIn, freelance platforms, e-mail, or AI assistants (like ChatGPT).
- Transfer qualified leads and stay engaged until the contract is signed.

- 💼 Freelance, contract-based collaboration (not employment)
- 💰 Commission: 15% of the signed and paid contract value
- (up to 20% for large projects, agreed individually)

Target Markets
EU & EEA countries, as well as partner regions cooperating with the EU - including the USA, Canada, South Korea, UAE (Dubai), New Zealand, Australia, Ukraine, Georgia, and others.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, IT outsourcing, or lead generation is a plus
- Good English communication skills (additional EU languages are welcome)
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to understand client business needs
