Frontend-end Developer (SvelteKit)
About the product
B2B travel platform: ingest partner supply (flights, hotels, activities), smart-package with AI, and expose itineraries/components via API and embeddable UIs. Small autonomous pods ship integrations and harden the platform (multi-tenancy, rate-limiting, observability, performance).
What you’ll actually do:
- Own features end-to-end: from specs to deployment to fixing bugs.
- Use Claude Code to generate SvelteKit code for internal UIs, B2B portals, and embeddable components.
- Review AI output for quality and architectural fit.
- Fix bugs to learn the codebase, then rapidly build new features.
- Decide quickly what to build vs buy vs generate with AI.
- Talk to customers when they report issues and ship fixes the same day.
Stack:
- Frontend: SvelteKit, turbo monorepo, Vercel
- Backend: Golang monorepo (you’ll collaborate closely)
- AI: Claude Code (mandatory) + other agentic tools
Products you will build:
- UIs: admin tools, partner dashboards, embeddable widgets
- APIs/tooling collaboration with backend engineers
You must have:
- Ownership mentality; simple, reliable UI solutions that don’t break adjacent pages.
- Strong Svelte/SvelteKit in production.
- Integration experience with REST/gRPC/GraphQL backends.
- Max quality mindset — you self-test thoroughly (no QA team).
- Proven use of Claude Code or similar AI tools — share examples.
Excellent spoken English and stable internet for daily video calls.
Red flags:
- No hands-on AI-assisted coding experience.
