Now, we’re looking for a Shopify Sales Manager ⭐️ to help us expand our client base and scale our e-commerce direction. If you have a proven track record in Shopify sales, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping brands grow online, this is your opportunity.

For a perfect match, we expect 🎯

  • 1+ year of successful sales experience in Shopify / e-commerce projects.
  • Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting β†’ pitching β†’ closing deals.
  • Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach or direct B2B sales.
  • Understanding of the Shopify ecosystem (apps, integrations, payments, themes).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and build trust-based long-term relationships.
  • CRM proficiency to manage pipelines and track results.

 

Nice to have πŸ’Ž

  • Experience working with Shopify Plus clients.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce marketing (SEO, CRO, email marketing).
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and deal structuring.
  • Previous experience selling to SMB and DTC brands in the US/EU markets.

 

Duties & Responsibilities πŸ’Ό

  • Identify and close new business opportunities in the e-commerce sector.
  • Drive full-cycle sales of Shopify projects: lead generation, qualification, pitching, contract negotiation, closing.
  • Work with multiple channels: Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, e-commerce communities, conferences.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors to adjust strategies.
