Now, weβre looking for a Shopify Sales Manager βοΈ to help us expand our client base and scale our e-commerce direction. If you have a proven track record in Shopify sales, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping brands grow online, this is your opportunity.

For a perfect match, we expect π―
- 1+ year of successful sales experience in Shopify / e-commerce projects.
- Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting β pitching β closing deals.
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach or direct B2B sales.
- Understanding of the Shopify ecosystem (apps, integrations, payments, themes).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build trust-based long-term relationships.
- CRM proficiency to manage pipelines and track results.
Nice to have π
- Experience working with Shopify Plus clients.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing (SEO, CRO, email marketing).
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and deal structuring.
- Previous experience selling to SMB and DTC brands in the US/EU markets.
Duties & Responsibilities πΌ
- Identify and close new business opportunities in the e-commerce sector.
- Drive full-cycle sales of Shopify projects: lead generation, qualification, pitching, contract negotiation, closing.
- Work with multiple channels: Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, e-commerce communities, conferences.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities.
- Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors to adjust strategies.
