Senior Frontend (React) Developer

We’re now looking for an experienced Front-End Developer who can take ownership of the implementation, ensure pixel-perfect accuracy, and guide the client’s developers toward best practices.

What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with our design team and the client’s development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of Figma designs.
• Identify design-to-code mismatches, analyze their causes, and propose practical solutions.
• Review existing front-end code, diagnose responsiveness and layout issues, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure mobile and large-screen responsiveness, maintaining a consistent, high-quality UI across devices.
• Provide technical guidance to the client’s developers, helping them understand and implement modern front-end standards.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, PMs) to align on priorities and ensure smooth collaboration.

Must have

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Strong expertise in React.js and modern front-end technologies (TypeScript, Redux, Next.js).
• Proven ability to create pixel-perfect, design-accurate UIs based on Figma or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience diagnosing and improving existing front-end codebases.
• Excellent communication skills — comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of taking lead-level ownership on front-end quality.
• Experience with data visualization — creating charts, graphs, and dashboards using popular libraries such as Recharts, Chart.js, D3.js, ECharts, or VisX.

Nice to have

• Experience in mentoring or reviewing code for other developers.
• Understanding of accessibility and performance optimization best practices.
• Experience working in multi-team, international collaboration environments.
