Full Stack Software Engineer (AI-Assisted Development)

We are looking for students for Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong sense for web development, user experience, and interface quality. You don’t need to be a UI/UX designer, but you should be able to evaluate whether an interface “feels right” and contributes to a smooth user experience.

This is not a traditional coding role. We build software with AI-assisted development tools (such as Lovable.dev, Bolt.new, Supabase, Claim, Resend, and n8n integrations). Writing code manually is not part of the job—your ability to leverage AI coding platforms efficiently will directly determine your performance.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using AI coding platforms and web development tools.
• Evaluate and ensure UI/UX quality of web interfaces.
• Work with databases, especially PostgreSQL, ensuring robust data structures and queries.
• Implement integrations with Supabase, Resend (emails), and n8n (workflows/automation).
• Collaborate with the team to design, prototype, and deliver solutions rapidly using AI-assisted workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest AI development platforms and practices to improve efficiency.

Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in software development OR strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Good understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar).
• Awareness of UI/UX best practices and ability to identify high-quality design and usability.
• Knowledge of working with databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Strong interest in AI-assisted coding; must be comfortable using tools such as Lovable.dev, Bolt.new, Claim, Supabase, etc.
• Must not rely on hand-coding as the main method; performance depends on adopting AI-driven workflows.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to learning new AI development tools.

Nice to Have
• Experience with Resend for transactional emails.
• Experience integrating with n8n or other workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and serverless concepts.
