Full-stack typescript engineer for SportsTech B2B SaaS to $4000

OpenCourt is taking over the Sports Club management market in the USA from the hands of the clumsy dinosaurs. We're a modern club management & court booking platform for racquet clubs (padel, pickleball, tennis).

We're a small team of 6 people. We like it that way โ€“ very lean and VERY efficient. I believe small teams can achieve great things, and we're proving it every day.

You are:

โ€“ A strong full-stack typescript engineer who worked on B2B SaaS products in the past

โ€“ Comfortable with working in a small team in an early stage startup. This means: lots of communication with the other developers and the QA, frequent releases, a lot of customer feedback & work based on both the long-term roadmap and the short-term customer needs

โ€“ Very comfortable working on both back-end and front-end, but your experience of back-end development is deep enough that you can come up with an architecture for a complicated feature and execute on it

โ€“ Your English is good enough to have verbal conversations with patient native English speakers

โ€“ Bonus points for a strong sense of what good UX/UI is

โ€“ More bonus points for deep and broad experience using AI in your work. AI usage is deeply integrated in all stages of our product development work

About us:

โ€“ Our platform is built with Next.js, Typescript, Tailwind, Postgres + Prisma, Supabase Auth, Playwright, deployed on Vercel; React Native mobile apps

โ€“ Fresh codebase, interesting challenges, constantly moving forward with releases 1-2 times per week

โ€“ An opportunity for you to make real impact on the product and start delivering work that is tested and deployed to production same week

โ€“ We've grown nearly 10x in the last 12 months and are continuing to expand rapidly.

We're based in the US but most of the team is remote. You'll be working with other Eastern Europe-based developers, but will also need daily overlap with the US Central Time zone, as the founding team is in the Austin, TX.
